Coronavirus (Covid-19) new procedures
Dear Guest,
In accordance with Government guidelines we have introduced some procedures to ensure the safety of all our guests and staff.
- We will be contacting you prior to arrival to ascertain your arrival time. We are also able to give you our key safe code and your room number if you are arriving after 9pm. A hand sanitiser dispenser is located in our lobby next to the key safe.
- We will ascertain your breakfast preferences in advance to determine whether you would prefer room service, dining room service or breakfast on our terrace, al fresco, weather permitting. We are also able to provide to-go breakfasts. To comply with social distancing we are able to serve three tables of up to four guests in the dining room.
- We would request any outstanding payments to be paid over the telephone or via bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by cash, an envelope will be provided in the room.
- Guests staying in rooms 7, 8, 9 and 10 once checked in will be able to enter and exit via the internal fire exit staircase, thus reducing traffic in the hallways.
- We would ask our guests to STAY ALERT when entering or leaving your room. Listen for any other guests in the hallways and enter or exit when it is safe to do so.
Please adopt the social distancing requirements of 2m – 1m+
- We have removed all non-essential furnishings from our rooms, however should you require anything please let us know.
- All our rooms will receive thorough cleaning using antiviral products as will all communal areas. Room keys will also be sanitised.
- During your stay any guests experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 should let us
know and immediately self isolate. Request a test and if positive arrange to return
home.
